About KK

Kathy Kyle is an artist, textile designer, illustrator and entrepreneur who creates ethical, sustainable wearable art. Her work is inspired by nature, the fast talking dames of Old Hollywood films, and slow, vintage style.

A visual storyteller, for nearly 25 years Kathy has created art, illustration and identity programmes for international and local clients with award-winning results.

Her art practice began as a student at San Diego State University, continued while she served as Communications and Marketing Director for global consultancies, VCs and launched agencies in Washington, D.C., and continues today in the United Kingdom. Recognised as one of the UK’s inspiring entrepreneurs, Kathy is a multi-award winning business and trusted advisor to global and local companies.

Kathy is proud to be part of Buy Women Built, a movement designed to mobilise people to buy from female-founded businesses by showcasing who they are and why buying from them is our quickest path to a stronger, fairer economy. She is an f:entrepreneur, SmallBiz100, and was named one of the ‘Top Entrepreneurs to Watch’ in the Southeast.

Kathy is the founder of the Community Business of the Year (by the FSB - South East and Surrey SME Awards). She is the Founder of DigiKind and co-founder and partner at Amplia Group. She serves as a senior advisor at AI tech for good Hello Lamp Post and offers pro bono services and mentoring to UprisingUK, charities and female-owned businesses and young people.

Originally from California, Kathy resides in Surrey, England.
