Returns Policy
30-day Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable Goods: Some items are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within seven days of purchase or receiving your goods (whichever is longer). You'll receive a full refund if you cancel. Contact us by email to arrange this. For bespoke orders, we cannot cancel or refund once your order is placed. We require a 50% deposit for bespoke orders at the time of commissioning, with the final payment due once the art is completed.
Return Shipping Costs: If your goods have been dispatched, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Only the cost of the original item will be refunded.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges: We work hard to ensure our product images and descriptions are accurate, but there may be slight colour variations. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss it.
Refunds
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time to process), and if needed, contact us at hello@kathykyle.com.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
