Manufacturing Details

We hand paint our artwork in Dorking, Surrey, and sustainably print all silk in the United Kingdom. Our silk scarves are hand sewn in Lyon, France. Our twillies and clothing are hand sewn in Dorking, Surrey. 

Our processes are stringently monitored to ensure ethical production and our wearable art is made without harmful chemicals, where 100% of the water used is drawn from their reservoir in the Pennines, which contains no chlorine, chloramines, mercury, pharmaceuticals, herbicides or pesticides. 

Scarves and clothing are packaged in a sustainable, recycled book-style box (made by fellow Buy Women Built Tiny Box Co) with a ribbon closure, enveloped in archival acid-free paper for preservation. All cards and ribbons included are also made from recycled materials and stationery is packaged in a plastic-free compostable bag.

Our cushions hand painted in Dorking Surrey, and are hand sewn in Dorking, Surrey. 

Our stationery is hand painted in Dorking, Surrey. Our paper is CM Fabriano card stock.

Our gift wrap is hand painted in Dorking, Surrey and printed in the United Kingdom.
