We begin with silk and a blank canvas. Every design is painted by hand then ethically printed. Scarves are finished by skilled artisans in France; all other pieces are sewn here in the UK. 

Within a year of launching the studio, the British Museum commissioned Kathy to reimagine the Tudor Heart, an extraordinary, enamelled gold pendant associated with Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon, celebrating one of the most remarkable jewels of the Tudor age. Created a repeating pattern on four metres of silk twill for Nerrisa, a crafting icon, to make her own dress. We created a repeating pattern of motifs special to her for a very special outfit. The final project is forthcoming.
