Shipping
We aim to dispatch your sustainably packaged parcel within two business days upon completion of your order. We maintain open lines of communication and will keep you informed of when your order is shipped. We usually ship as soon as your order is completed.
If an item is out of stock, or we cannot dispatch your parcel immediately, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
UK second class shipping for orders over 100£ are free.
Otherwise shipping starts at £3.95 and is based upon the weight of your parcel. We use Royal Mail to ship our parcels and it starts at £3.95 and is calculated based upon parcel weight. Expedited shipping is available.
Worldwide shipping is £18.00 standard. Recipient is liable for all import taxes and duties.
Shipping Times
UK : Parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail 48. If you are not at home, you will receive a card through your door. If your parcel has not arrived within seven to ten days, you should check the local sorting office. If your parcel is not collected from a sorting office within two weeks of arriving, it will be returned to us and you will have to pay further postage to have it resent to you.
Europe: Parcels are sent via Royal Mail International and can take up to five working days to arrive.
Global: International shipping is sent via Royal Mail and can take up to ten working days. It can take longer depending on your location or during busy periods.
If you have a special request or need your artwork sooner, please reach out to us and we can expedite your order, arrange special delivery and tracked shipping.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery information for your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying for postage to re-deliver your package.
Duties and Taxes
For all orders from the UK to the EU, you are likely be required to pay a customs fee if individual items are over £39, or if your whole order is over £/€ 135.
For all international orders, if customs charges apply to your order (according to government guidelines) you’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods.
