Shipping

We aim to dispatch your sustainably packaged parcel within two business days upon completion of your order. We maintain open lines of communication and will keep you informed of when your order is shipped. We usually ship as soon as your order is completed. 

If an item is out of stock, or we cannot dispatch your parcel immediately, we will contact you as soon as possible.

International Customs

If you live outside of the UK and the EU, your order is likely to be subject to import taxes and levies once your parcel reaches you. This varies by country. Please see duties and taxes below.

Refund Policy

If you have made a bespoke order, we can not refund nor cancel your order. We will also take half of the payment for your bespoke order when you make the request and when your art is completed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Bespoke items are not eligible for a return nor an exchange. 

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective. There is a restocking fee of £25. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items. 

Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

We work hard to ensure descriptions and images are accurate. Photographs of items are as accurate as possible, however due to variations in colour and the nature of digital images, items may vary slightly in colour from the colours displayed on your computer monitor.

If you would like to exchange items, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss it. Please note there is a restocking fee of £25 and you are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

Duties and Taxes 

For all orders from the UK to the EU, you may have to pay a customs fee if individual items are over £39, or if your whole order is over £/€ 135. 

For all international orders, if customs charges apply to your order (according to government guidelines) you’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods.
