I approached Kathy with what felt like an impossible brief: to transform the essence of my book into a luxury scarf and twilly, while also additionally creating a deeply personal piece of wearable art that reflected my life journey. She exceeded every expectation.
The WINNER Scarf is simply stunning
Kathy thoughtfully incorporated elements from my book cover into a design that feels elegant, meaningful and completely unique. The main Purple colouring with graduated colour gradients, the gold stars to embody the magic, the radiating energy circles of the achievement and the various gold trophies. Alongside this the white quills representing the writing skills – all scaled to the space. It perfectly captures the spirit of the book while standing beautifully as a fashion piece in its own right.
My personal art scarf took my breath away
Kathy wove together significant places, milestones and moments from my life into a design that tells my story in a way I never imagined possible. Every time I look at it, I discover another thoughtful detail. It is far more than a scarf -it is a piece of art and a map of my journey as a treasured keepsake.
